As a Bevisioneers Fellow alumna and current Student Energy Fellow, she spearheads projects and initiatives that empower young Africans and propel sustainable development. Babalwa's visionary leadership extends to her founding of UTANDO, a platform bridging the gap between energy and food security through renewable technologies and waste management education. Additionally, her co-founding of Energy Gist exemplifies her commitment to increasing energy literacy and shaping impactful policy briefs. Babalwa further distinguishes herself as a communication specialist with ORNA, a program specifically designed to empower and grant international market access to creatives and entrepreneurs across the Global South.
